HelpLook has supported Chinese, Chinese Traditional, English, Portuguese, Russian, Vietnamese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian.
The steps to configure multiple languages are as follows:
1. Create a knowledge base in relevant languages
2. Click Setup - Site Settings, select Multi-language support, and click + Add language to configure multiple languages for the knowledge base.
Support automatically jumps to the corresponding language site according to the user's browser language. The premise of configuring multiple languages is to establish sites in related languages before they can be associated
