What is the access limit?

PDF

The number of site visits records how many times the site has been visited by users in total. From the time a visitor comes to your site to closing and leaving it, which is counted as 1 visit. If the visitor does not open or refresh the page for 30 consecutive minutes or close the browser, it will be counted as the end of the visit.

HelpLook's current site visits will be refreshed and reset every month . There are 6,000 visits per month for the free version of the site, 20,000 visits per month for sites that purchase the Starter, 60,000 visits per month for sites that purchase the Professional, and unlimited visits per month for sites that purchase the Enterprise. Once the number of visits reaches the top line, the user will not be able to access the site.

*When the number of visits to your site is increasing or even reaching the upper limit, you can consider upgrading the package to increase the number of visits so that your website can have better traffic.
