1. The steps to create a site are as follows:
1. Click the site name at the top and select "+Create".
2. According to your needs, select Knowledge Base (CMS) or AI ChatBot (ChatBot). Knowledge base refers to the content entered in HelpLook, such as building your company's blog or help desk through HelpLook. AI ChatBot means if you already have an official website, help desk, and documentation. Your content can be crawled by robots and used to train robots to achieve intelligent question.
2. The step to delete a site are as follows:
Click Settings->Delete Site, then select “Delete”
*Warning: This action cannot be undone and will completely delete all content on the site; once the site is deleted, the site will no longer be usable and accessible.
