How to set the basic information of the ChatBot(avatar, name, language, color, location, etc.)

Click Settings ->Web Plugins -> Basic Configuration to set the robot's icon, avatar, name, language, welcome message, reply not found, widget location, theme color, etc. Remember to click "Save" after the settings are completed.

*Robot icon : the icon style of the widget

*Robot avatar : the avatar displayed during the conversation

*Welcome message : The first welcome message sent by the robot when opening the chat interface. Meanwhile, the welcome message supports adding images.

*No answer found reply : That is the reply made by the robot when it cannot answer the message sent by the user
