How to set/change the status of a document?

The document needs to be edited many times and you don't want to open a draft document? Or published documents need to be revised or updated? HelpLook has the powerful function of changing the status of the document arbitrarily and updating the content of the document in time, which can help you solve the trouble of document editing!

• Published to draft

Click on the upper right "Convert to draft" or go to text editor directly to turn content into a draft.

• Draft status to published status

Or you can select the document directly, find the symbol of " ··· "on the right and click " Edit Status " to switch the publishing status.

*Documents in draft status will be distinguished by an orange dot.
