HelpLook supports multi-person collaboration and co-management of sites, as follows:
Click Setup->USER AND SECURITY ->Invite Teammates and select "Add team members" or "import team members in batches".
*Only the super administrator has permission to edit and remove teammates.
Project Role | Permissions |

Project Owner | Full access to all permissions. |
Administrator | Access to all permissions except "Delete Site." |
Operator | Access to "Workspace," "Content," "Analytics," and "AI Widget" modules in the dashboard. |
Writer | Access to "Workspace" and "Content" modules in the dashboard. |
Vistor | Only has access to the Web Portal. |
Content Role | Permissions |
---|---|
None | Cannot view, add, or edit content in the "Content" section of the dashboard. |
Editor | Can view, edit, and publish content. Can review submissions from authors and set content access permissions for content under their responsibility. |
Writer | Can view and edit content. Cannot publish content or set content access permissions. |
