How to configure the default reply when AI does not find the answer?


When users ask questions that the knowledge base/AI CatBot does not want to deal with, you can configure the default reply to guide the user to seek other solution or add human customer service for further consultation.


Method 1:

Click Settings->AI configuration, selectNo answer found Reply", you can customize the configuration.


Method 2:

Click Settings->AI configuration, selectCustom Prompt", you can customize the configuration. You can also click“ Reset”Use default replies.
