How do I switch robot models?

HelpLook has been integrated with the powerful GPT 3.5/4.0/ERNIE Bot 3.5/AWS Robot model. Your visitors can easily get accurate answers through the AI site search/chat interface.

Click Settings - > AI Integrations, find "Robot Model", and click to select GPT-3.5-turbo, GPT-3.5-turbo-1106, GPT-4, GPT-4-Turbo, ERNIE Bot 3.5, claude-3-haik,claude-3-sonnet.

*Using GPT-3.5-turbo, GPT-3.5-turbo-1106, ERNIE Bot 3.5 and claude-3-haik, one quiz will consume 1 AI answer; using claude-3-sonnet, one quiz will consume 5 AI answers; using GPT-4-Turbo, one quiz will consume 10 AI answers; using GPT-4, one quiz will consume 20 AI answers.

Both GPT-3.5-turbo and GPT-4 are advanced AI models. The differences are:

GPT-3.5-turbo is an upgraded version of GPT-3.5, which has richer training data and can complete various language tasks well. It has higher performance and efficiency to generate text and answer questions faster;

Compared with GPT-3.5-turbo, GPT-4 has higher language understanding and generation capabilities, and can better complete various language tasks. But it may not be as performant and efficient as GPT-3.5-turbo and may take longer to generate text and answer questions.

claude-3-haiku: close to gpt-3.5-turbo;

claude-3-sonnet: close to gpt-4-turbo, and more responsive and less expensive.
