Can the purchased package be changed (upgraded or downgraded)or refunded?

HelpLook now offers four versions: Free, Standard Edition, Professional and Enterprise.


HelpLook has one package for each site. Currently, it supports upgrading the package version, but does not support downgrading the package version. If you need to upgrade, please follow the steps below:

In Setup->KNOWLEDGE BASE PORTAL->Subscription, click the package version you want to upgrade


Upgrading the package will upgrade the remaining time of the current package to the corresponding version by paying the price difference.

The formula is: (average daily price of the target package - average daily price of the current package) * remaining time

  • Standard basic price: $0.64/day
  • Professional basic price: $1.97/day
  • Enterprise basic price: $3.3/day


For example, if the current package is the Professional and the remaining time of the package is 24 days, the price of upgrading to the Enterprise is ($3.3-$1.97)*10 (days)=$31.92
